These terms cover using this website and requesting a quote. Use it lawfully and submit accurate information. You must be at least 18 and have authority to arrange removal of the items and permit access to the property.

Quotes and booking

Submitting the form requests a quote; it does not book or charge for a job. Photos help us estimate volume and access. We confirm the scope, total price, arrival time, and any special disposal costs with you before work begins. Additional items or changed conditions require your approval of a revised price. Any written job-specific agreement should be reviewed before you accept it.

Scheduling

Our service commitment is same-day pickup, or next-day pickup if the day is fully booked. A form acknowledgment does not confirm your appointment: contact us to agree the actual arrival time and job scope. Let us know promptly about scheduling changes or unsafe access.

Items and property access

Identify what should be removed and set aside valuables and items you want to keep. Tell us about stairs, parking restrictions, heavy items, refrigerants, and other relevant conditions. We do not accept hazardous or regulated material such as asbestos, solvents, medical waste, or propane tanks. We may decline work we cannot perform safely or lawfully. Disposal and recycling depend on the material and available facilities.

Contact permission

When you check the consent box and submit a quote, you authorize us to contact you at the supplied phone number and email about that request and service arrangements. This does not authorize unrelated advertising. You can ask us to stop contacting you; we may need another way to coordinate any active job. Your carrier's normal call, message, and data charges may apply.

Photos and website content

You retain ownership of submitted photos and allow us and our service providers to store and review them for your quote and job. This is not permission to use them in advertising. Our business content and logo may not be reused without permission, except as allowed by law. No right to third-party images or trademarks is granted by these terms.

Service concerns and legal rights

Contact us promptly if there is a service or billing concern so we can review it with you. Nothing in these website terms waives mandatory consumer protections or remedies available under applicable law. Wisconsin law applies subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accessibility and changes

If you cannot use any part of the website, call or email us for an alternative way to request a quote. Updated website terms will show a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively change an agreed job.
