What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup town or address, junk type, optional details, and any photos you choose to upload. You may provide only your town initially; we will need the exact pickup address before a job. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error reports to operate and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use your information to estimate the job, respond by call, text, or email, send a request acknowledgment, arrange pickup, and handle service questions. A quote request is not permission for unrelated marketing. We do not sell quote information or use it for targeted advertising.

Who receives it

Quote notifications are sent to our business operators at pinayt122@gmail.com and joshuahersrud8@gmail.com. Our website, private photo storage, and transactional email are supported by Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers; Gmail processes our notification emails. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Photos and security

Photos are optional and used to assess your job, not for publication. Upload only photos you are authorized to share. Avoid people, identifying documents, financial details, or other sensitive information. Photos are stored in private storage and shared with our operators using links that expire after one year. Anyone with a forwarded link may view the photo until the link expires; link expiry does not itself delete the stored photo or copies in email. No online transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention and your requests

Quote information and photos may remain in storage and business inboxes while needed for quoting, service records, disputes, or legal obligations. We review deletion requests individually; copies or backups may persist where necessary. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to stop service-related texts and calls. We may need to verify your identity. This website is intended for adults arranging services, not children under 13.

Cookies and outside links

See our cookie policy for browser storage and technical services. External sites such as OpenStreetMap have their own privacy practices. We do not load the map on this website.
